We ship solid white-oak fireplace mantels nationwide using commercial-grade packaging and trusted carriers. These are heavy, handcrafted pieces of real wood — not flat-pack furniture — so we’ve built our shipping process to match.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or international destinations.
For rural properties or jobsite delivery, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm logistics.

How It Ships
UPS Ground
Most mantels 72" and under ship to your door with full tracking.LTL Freight
Oversized or heavy mantels ship by freight carrier with appointment scheduling and curbside delivery.Carrier selection is automatic at checkout based on your mantel size.

Build Time
Each mantel is machined, finished, and packaged to order.
Typical processing time:
3–5 business daysDuring high-volume periods this may extend slightly. If timing is critical, contact us before ordering.
How your mantel is packaged
Fireplace mantels are heavy, rigid, and vulnerable to corner damage if packed casually. We design our packaging around that reality — overbuilt, padded, and reinforced from every angle.
Every mantel is protected with:
- Full foam wrapping
- Heavy-duty shrink wrap or protective film
- Rigid cardboard edge protection
- Reinforced outer carton or freight packaging (for LTL)
This prevents impact damage, surface abrasion, and moisture exposure during transit.

Damage Policy & Signatures
What if my mantel arrives damaged?
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If damage is visible:
Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing
Take photos of the packaging and the mantel
Contact us within 24 hours
If damage is discovered after delivery:
Contact us within 48 hours with photos
We will file the carrier claim and arrange repair or replacement when necessary.
Failure to document visible damage at delivery may limit carrier coverage.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
UPS shipments may be delivered without signature unless the carrier requires one.
All LTL freight shipments require a signature and scheduled delivery appointment.
What if I miss my freight delivery?
Freight carriers charge redelivery and storage fees for missed appointments. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Please ensure someone is available during your scheduled delivery window.
